Three Palms RV Park

It's a small park with mixed RV and Mobile Homes. The onsite Manager was very responsive and nice. Because of her, I upped this review to 3 stars. The pool is small but clean. We didn't use the laundry, but the facilities are clean. Our 37ft 5th wheel made it into a pull through space with only a few inches to spare as the road way isn't very wide. We wouldn't have made it into a back in space. We used the space a home base for a few days of National Park adventures. We would stay again for the same purpose.

This is a mobile home park with a handful of RV spaces in northern Fresno. We got a full hookup site on a gravel pad with a concrete patio. Of the handful of RVs we think we were the only non-permanent or non-seasonal. The space was fine, not super tight.

There are rest rooms, showers and a laundry room. I glanced at the laundry room and it looked good. There is also a pool though I'm not sure it's open year round. They also offer Wi-Fi which we did not use.

The park is basic and areas in front of the mobile homes are pretty well maintained. There was a guy with a blower cleaning up leaves while we were there. There are a few grassy areas for walking doggies. There is some train noise but not too bad.
