“serving southern comfort foods”
Graeme and Corrie Asch built their home in Leiper’s Fork in 1998. One year later, they opened The Franklin Mercantile Deli in Historic Downtown Franklin, TN. They both come from large, southern families with great cooks. Graeme grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and likes his food to have more “zing”. Corrie grew up in Dickson, Tennessee and loves baking desserts and cooking “southern comfort” foods. The combination creates the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner! They love living in the country with their children and love being a part of Historic Downtown Franklin. Come by and see them!
