We selected this park due to the proximity to the family that we were visiting for a weekend event.
Since this was the middle of July, we noted that the park was half full. The sites are clean, and clear, with nice grass areas. We used the laundry room and while it was clean, I thought the $5 cost for a single cycle of wash and dry was closer to the higher end that I would be used to.
We are not 'resort' people, but I can imagine that people would enjoy the centre pond and the small swimming pool.
My only concern was when my wife's friends came to pick her up. They arrived and parked in the front parking lot, and then walked the three spaces over to our RV to see the RV. While walking to leave, a staff person came by on a golf cart and started to verbally berate them for parking in a handicapped space (in an empty parking lot) and walking onto the property. While my wife and her elderly friends were being yelled at to "do what you're told" they did not have the opportunity to have their handicap decal on the rental vehicle that they were using. Afterwards, the person, came by to threaten me as well about the situation and that he would have us thrown out.
While I do not doubt that somewhere in the excessive signage this is a technical rule violation, I am suspicious that this commitment to vehemence and rudeness is equally applied to all guests. I was disappointed that I failed to see anything to imply that this is a 'traditional, good old days' kind of RV park, but I would certainly not recommend this location to the Green Book.

Nice park not far from I95 but far enough that it is quiet. It is gated, has a nice size pool and hot tub. Good size laundry and clean bathrooms. Lots of trees and level concrete pads (didn’t have to unhook). Good WiFi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

We stopped here on the way to Marathon, Florida to break up the 15 hour drive from NC. This park is conveniently located between I-95 and the Turnpike. We loved this park! The sites are all paved and they put us in a pull through site so we did not even disconnect the truck. The hot tub and pool was nice after a 9 hour drive. We would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay -- great facilities, friendly people, lots of activities to participate in.
Location is a bit busy and there's road noise from the freeway depending on where your site is but it's conveniently located between I95 and the Florida Turnpike. Restaurants and stores nearby if you need them, too.
Sites are nice size and while you're close to your neighbor there is a bit of a grass buffer. All sites have water, sewer, 50-30-20 amp electric, and cable TV.
Bathrooms are in good shape and large laundry room is nice. They also have a pool and hot tub. All facilities and grounds we'll maintained. Some people have said they have a lot of rules, but that's what keeps the park so nice!
They book up fast with folks who have been coming here for years so that's a good sign. We got lucky and landed a cancellation for a few weeks.
Cell service is solid on T Mobile and Verizon. T Mobile bounces between 5G and LTE, Verizon stayed on LTE. Speed tests aren't always high but we've had no issues with work, including video calls.
Would definitely stay here again if we need to be in the area.

We stayed here for less than a week in May ‘22 on our maiden voyage with our first RV, and we both really liked it here. Of the campgrounds that we’ve experienced, this one is our favorite. It seems to be the favorite of many, too, because a lot of snow birds winter here from November through April. Many of my fine feathered friends are from Canada, and of that flock, most seem to speak French. Other vehicle plates common to this roost are: Minnesota, Wisconsin, The Dakotas, Michigan, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maine, & Vermont. Just our luck, the first week here we get whacked by Ian and a few weeks or so later South Florida experiences the coldest December in 30-some years, they said. At night it got down to 34. Daytime temps were in the high 40s F. If I was a full-timer, I’d make this my winter camp. It’s convenient to i95 and the Florida Turnpike as well as the seashore and good restaurants. Located on the Treasure Coast halfway between Vero Beach and West Palm Beach, both of which have airports with direct flights to and from the frigid north. All thumbs up!
