One of the best ways to have a wonderful vacation is by camping. Nothing beats communing with nature and basking in the beauty of what we see around, without the hustle and bustle of a busy everyday lifestyle. When going out on a camping or backpacking experience, it will be more worth it if you plan and prepare ahead to ensure that everything will go well to your liking. One thing you need to consider most importantly is where to camp. The campsite is a major factor in having a wonderful camping time. Having a campsite will make your trip much better and a poor one can be a reason for a failed one.

Very disappointing and over priced.We were there for a family gathering.We had 3 sites near each other.Facilities need some updating.River Road is along the the location and is extremely noisy. Again for the amount we paid you would think it was better.
Also when checking in I told the person we are Good Sam members.He indicated he would credit back.I left a couple emails for them and still no credit. They do not answer phone...save your money and go elsewhere.

Agree w Pete’s review, but luckily we made reservation a while ago and got a better rate. Still would not stay here again. Also, they charge for the WiFi and it is horrible ! When we complained he said he had nothing to do with it that “somebody else handled that”, even though their name is on the WiFi. Not enough bathrooms for 100 sites although we didn’t use them. They were clean. Beach access is good but quite q walk from our site.

Friendly folks here. Drove is to the campsite and offered to help us out to set up. Had a nice shady spot for our small rv. Was chill when we got there Friday afternoon. Nice stroll to the beach before the masses arrived for the weekend.

Unfortunately the campers across street jacked up the beats most of the night. Noisy road too. Spent most of day wine tasting in the area and so many places to chose from. Second night as noisy as the first.

It was nice to visit the Russian River valley but cant say I’m in lined to come back to this spot.

Stayed 2 nights over 4th of July. Too many people for us, not our kind of camping. Friendly staff. Roomy showers and bathrooms . Overpriced.
