“year-round peace and quiet”
Heceta Beach RV Park and Mini Mart is newly owned and operated by the Loftin family. As new owners, we welcome you to year-round peace and quiet. Come enjoy the greenery and listen to the ocean! Located on the North side of Florence, we are a short 5-7 minute walk to Heceta Beach. From there you can walk 1 mile South to North Jetty. On site you will find a fully stocked Mini Mart. We carry an ample supply of beverages, food goods, and most of the day to day items out guest require. On premise we sell firewood, have a pay phone, laundry facilities, clean restroom/showers, and a free shuttle to Three Rivers Casino. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Most of the natural coastal plant life and trees thrive throughout the park. This provides our large sites with privacy for our guests in each of our spaces. We have private tent sites and sites for large groups. Pets are welcome!

It is a mile north of town and a mile east of the beach, and feels like you're in the middle of the forest. All sites are separated by tall, full greenery with trees overhead. Satellite would be an issue for those who need it. The park cable worked great, although the internet was spotty. Dog friendly and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenience store with good beer selection, ice, firewood, etc. Showerhouse and laundryroom looked clean, but didn't need either one.
Florence is one of the friendliest towns we've visited and Old Town Florence has a great variety of shops and eateries. Close to the Oregon Dunes, over 100 lakes and streams, and Hecata Beach. We will stay longer next time!

This is a nice park in a good location. It's a short walk to Heceta Beach. The showers are clean and the water is hot. Laundry is a little pricey-2$ to wash and 3$ to dry. The little store is convenient, as is the local tavern up the road (walking distance). Wifi was weak. Campsites are really tight, not much room to set up a table and chairs. The bike ride to Florence is great; 12 miles with some hills. Hope this helps!

Love this place! We were staying a night to see the Sea Lion caves. On our way we checked in. The man who helped us was amazingly helpful! He told me all about the good places to eat for breakfast and dinner (places not on the tourist guide) and tips for seeing the whale migration. Check in was easy and he let us pick our spot. The pad was gravel and perfectly level. Really nice big space. The sewer hookup was even really clean! The bathrooms are clean, they were in the process of painting them. It was very quiet at night, and the WiFi signal was strong. We had cell coverage in town but not at the campsite so we were happy about the good WiFi. It was a very windy day on the coast but the campsite itself was still, bonus! It appears to be well maintained and run. We will be back!

When we checked in management told us we would have to move in five days because someone had requested our site. So we moved two sites over which was narrower than the old site. We were crowded and had a hard time getting the slides out. We have a 42’ motorhome.
Then we found out a small camper moved into the old site and it was their first time here. So they had not requested that site. The site was was more than enough for that small camper. I called and asked the owner why we had to move since the new people had not requested that site. No harsh words were spoken between us. The owner came over and said we had to leave since we are not happy at the campground. He did credit us for one day. Really poor customer service! We will NOT stay there again!!!

Sites are close together, but being western Oregon, there are shrubs and trees between, so it’s better than lots of RV parks. WiFi is available but slow - 700 kbps

When my husband made the reservation he told them we were visiting for my birthday weekend. At check-in they presented me with a birthday card!! The staff was friendly and cheerful. The trees and vegetation are well established providing privacy in the majority of the sites. Our site was along the back of the park and it was quiet. It was a full hookup pull through that was wide but not quite level. The park is gravel and it looked like they have started refreshing a couple of the sites by grading the gravel. The WIFI was a bit slow but Verizon coverage was good.
They have a convenience store, laundry and fitness room/meeting hall on site. The bathroom/showers were clean. The beach is a short walk away.

We liked this place. We figured out that the beach is less than a mile from the park. You do have to walk along the road to get there but it isn’t far. The beach is large and you can walk several miles north or south. Dog friendly park and beach.

Nice park, good shade and trees, nice amenities and easy to get to. Pads were gravel and semi level,
One complaint is I have both Verizon and AT&T and both providers where almost non usable. Could not stream and could barley make phone call unless I stood out by the road at the end of the Driveway. This is the only reason I would not camp here again is due to e poor cell coverage and I gave that rating of one bar each. if you don’t mind spotty coverage it’s a nice campground

We had #37 pull thru and had plenty of space. The space was packed gravel. We had a picnic table and adequate hang out space. The park was a great location for side trips to Thors Well and the dunes. Cute downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. Enjoyed some beer and a bite to eat at Homegrown.
