Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on May 09, 2023This is a very pretty campground but is ridiculously expensive. Booking online, the $25.00 electric only site ended up adding in taxes, a $4.00 non-resident fee and an $8.50 “booking fee”. Upon arrival we had to pay an additional $12.00 “entrance fee” which was not mentioned either at recreation.gov site or on the park’s website.
To add insult to injury, the only bathhouse is down a very steep hill which was impossible for my 86 year old husband manage. We had to unhook the car and drive to the bathhouse, something we were not going to do since this was just a one night stay.
We will definitely never stay here again. We are certainly not happy campers!
