“Tree-filled park”
One of the largest parks in Euless at 47 acres, this park is not only filled with numerous amenities, but also connects with other parks through extensive walking and jogging paths. Along the paths you will find exercise warm-up stations, a field for playing soccer or flag football, picnic areas and a playground. Bob Eden Park also has three lighted regulation size sand volleyball courts, two lighted tennis courts and a pavilion with restroom facilities. Originally named Little Bear Creek Community Park, it was renamed in honor of Bob Eden. The namesake of this park served on the Euless City Council from 1981 to 1991. Bob Eden even held the honorable title of Mayor Pro Tem from 1990 to 1991. The plaque in his memory located in the park reads, “A man who cared about his family, his city, and the citizens of Euless.”
