Ratings Summary
Not impressed. This is an older park that isn’t terribly well maintained. The lots are fairly level, but spacing is tight and the pads are a wreck - a mix of broken cement, dirt, mud, and outdoor carpet (see pics). We constantly tracked mud in. Most of the sites are booked by permanent residents. The trailers weren’t too old or trashy, but there were lots of beater vehicles. It is a quiet park with strict rules, and close to a nice stream-side bike path.
