Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 17, 2016Have stayed her many times. Tents and rv/trailers can access pretty easy. There are approx 15 spots give or take. If you follow the road to the very end there is a shooting area as well as several nice spots to camp on the water. Close to Electric City and Grand Coulee.
This is part of Banks Lake but you will not have access to the main lake from this side. How ever fishing can be very good here.

Tried it in late March and nearly made the "always scout first" blunder by not scouting first. Had to turn around in a nail biting situation and nearly made a bad situation a disaster. I did call the DFW prior and asked how the access was and was told "ok fine", Ah-hem
Saw some nice looking campsites and also some sketchy junker vehicles. Might give this place a try another day, but don't be a dummy like me and try too early in the season.

Would not recommend for RV boondock, no turn around once you leave main road and dirt roads leading to ‘campsites’ are deeply rutted and potted — main gravel road not a lot better. Glad we scouted this then went back to “million dollar” boat launch. There is also Jones Bay Campground just a few miles south for only $12
Great free site right on the water. Good access road. Large turning loop at the final end. Friendly host
