Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on April 04, 2022Great crew. Friendly and VERY helpful. A bit pricey at $42 per night with full hookups. Beautifil views of the surrounding mountain vistas. Would definitely recommend. PS - the wifi is dicey depending on the weather.
We stayed 4 nights in a 35' 5th wheel.
Great park! Spacious sites, well-maintained and super clean. The owner host is very helpful upon arrival and shares lots of great information about town. The starry nights and sunrise and sunsets are awesome! Great views in all directions. There’s also an excellent dog walk off into the Taos desert next to the campground. Enjoy!

Had an amazing time. Close to everything but far enough away to keep it peaceful. Minutes from the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. At the base of the drive to Taos Ski Valley and the Williams Lake Trailhead and 30 minutes to Cerro for the BLM wildness. Can’t wait to get back.

We had a nice 2 night stay. Campsite was clean and spacious- all sites are pull through w/50 amps. Campground is close to Taos as well as the amazing Rio Grande Gorge Bridge. Overall great place and staff was friendly with suggestions on local sites to see. Only complaint is that they are COVID averse so office, store and all restroom/shower/laundry facilities were closed. In fairness to management they told us ahead of time their facilities would probably not be open. However that is still the difference between a 4 and 5 rating in our view.

Clean, well-designed and well-maintained campground. Spacious sites and nice picnic tables. Calm, restful environment. They are upfront about laundry/showers being closed due to COVID-19, yet that for me keeps them from rating a “5.” For sure, though, I plan to return. It feels like you’re way out in the country yet it’s an easy drive in to Taos. Also close to the stunning Rio Grande Gorge Bridge where folks are selling good quality wares in the Rest Area. And a good base to see Wild Rivers Rec Area within the amazing Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument.

This private RV park is located on top of a mesa a few miles outside of the town of Taos. The sites are close together, with no privacy or shade. There is a highway with lots of traffic, especially trucks, all day and night, so it was noisy. We were there in spring/summer and it was very windy, with lots of blowing dust from the dirt sites. It was too windy to even sit outside. We had very noisy neighbors working on their vehicles at 6AM and when we complained to the on-site host, he was very rude. We left early because of how we were treated.

This is a very clean park and the owners treat you so well, they try to see to your every need. Very dog friendly with trails to very awesome land that the park owns, you can exercise your dogs away from traffic (which was very important to us). This park has all the amenities, is close enough to Taos to go and enjoy without wasting your day travelling, also close enough to awesome recreational lands if your idea of fun is hiking and seeing gorgeous wild country. This park literally has everything you could desire, including gracious hosts and a really nice convenience store with several RV parts that might come in handy, clean bathrooms and showers as well.

This was our first RV Trip and the owner/operators, Mr. & Mrs Torres, were exceptional. They provided late-night holiday check-in on Christmas Eve, detailed info on the local area, advice on weather proofing our rental RV's septic tanks, and assistance when needed (our battery was drained by a charging computer using the wrong plug-in and we needed a jump start).
The site was very large and the nearest neighbor in the next site went 100% unnoticed. The spot was pull-though, level, all hook-ups were easy to use, and the nature trail and pavilion were an added bonus. The restrooms were very large, heated, clean, and available 24x7 along with the laundry room. We used the Wi-Fi provided and had no issues with connections. The local highway noise went unnoticed by all 6 of us who stayed in the RV. It snowed while we were there, so we did not have issues with the dust.
The only down-sides were the site does not have propane refills, so you have to drive into town for propane, and the park is pet-friendly which means there are owners who think their dog poop is so cute that they leave it there for you to see.
Rate were $36 per night + $5 for each adult over 3 adults + tax. Well worth it.
We plan on returning here again :-)
