Working at various restaurants throughout Europe for the last 20 years, Chef Souikni completed his training at the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating, he was sought after by many well known restaurants and began working at The Venetian, followed by The Bellagio, and then recruited heavily by The Four Seasons.
