Chef Zino infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Once word of his tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well known restaurants landed on Chef Souikni's plate. Although he had an affinity for The Four Seasons, Chef Souikni knew that greater challenges and opportunities awaited him. In 2007, Chef Souikni began a career as a high school and college Chef Educator in El Paso, TX to be closer to his wife. He was given room to experiment, and created quite an eclectic menu. However, he never lost sight of his passion for authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. An expert at many cuisines, Chef Souikni makes every event something uniquely special. Chef Zino and his wife constantly travel thoroughout the world to find new receipes, food sources and meet the men and women who provide the freshest ingedients used in our dishes. Most recently Chef and Madame Souikni investigated the cold waters of Alaska on the famous fishing boat Aleutian Ballad and met the fisherman who troll those waters seen on TV's Discovery Channel The Deadliest Catch. Take a look at the video below to see what fishermen in the Pacific Northwest on this boat go through to bring you King Crab and Halibut.
