Confirmed by 2 users | Last reported on May 28, 2021NOTE IF YOU HAVE DOGS: you are not allowed to put up a dog fence, even though your site is a very thin layer of pea gravel on very hard dirt. Also, you are not allowed to have your dog pee or poop on your site. You are required to walk them to a small designated dog area that is 20-300 feet away, depending on where your site is located. It's a real pain when we have THREE golden Retrievers that like to go potty several times a day. These requirements are NOT on their web site, and when we arrived they didn't give us any printed information other than a receipt.
The full hookup utilities work well, but the sites are short and crowded together with minimal room. We don't use the restrooms or laundry, so I can't speak for them. I have no idea how the wifi worked, as we weren't given any instructions on how to access it. This campground is fine for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to stay here for very long. On the plus side, they have a nice RV store, the campground is kept very clean, and they did give us the weekly rate (10% off) with our 5 day stay.
Price reflects a weekly, cash/Good Sams rate.
50/30A, H2O, sewer appointed to level fine red gravel pull-through sites. Water spigots are a bit strange - underground.
No cable, we didn't try WiFi. The cellular internet situation here is shaky. AT&T & Verizon both get 4-5 bars, but after about 10am AT&T's speeds slow to a trickle. Verizon usually hangs tough with usable speeds though.
Sites are close together, and although they are pull through, every big rig we saw come in (us included) had to re-situate (i.e. back up/pull forward again) themselves in their spot due to the angle of the sites.
Management is friendly and flexible and will guide you to park (whether you want it or not). While the management does try and space folks out as much as possible, when the park fills up you can expect to be about 2ft away from your neighbor's slide out. There is a row of 'storage' RVs towards the rear of the park.
Looks like the park is still doing some renovating; there are a few old signs pointing to things that no longer exist (i.e. playground / dog walk).
Consistent highway hum can be heard, but the noise is very tolerable and becomes background quickly - we slept well.
Laundry room (24/7) with 2 washers/2dryers and restrooms/showers available.
Noted 2 tent pads near the bathrooms, but no one utilized them during our stay.
Park is right off the highway in a neighborhood. A few restaurants and car dealerships within walking distance. Not really a park where you would sit out on your 'patio', but somewhere to park and sleep.
The park also has on site RV repair (no engine or chassis work though) and a very well stocked RV parts shop.
Honestly, if this park were in the midst of a more 'destination' type city, it would get a higher rating from us. It's really a fine, safe comfortable park. But it's a bit crammed, pretty barren, and the surrounding attractions are pretty lack-luster.

We were here visiting our grandson at Fort Bliss. We were very pleasantly surprised at the condition of the park. The park has level gravel sites that are raked after each use. It's close to town and restaurants are walking distance away. No amenities to speak of but they have 50 amp and sewer and Wi-Fi was pretty good. They have a RV repair shop on site.

Basically what was said in previous reviews is echoed here. It's a parking lot but for one night it's fine. The bath house is old but clean. One thing, there was no real place to walk the dog so that was kind of a bummer.

Actual date of stay was 01.2019. There aren’t many options for good RV parks in El Paso, but this one is decent. The staff is friendly, and the park is clean and level, but the sites are tight, and the area is a bit noisy- pretty much what you might expect from an RV park in a city.
We had FHU and a reliable 3 bars Verizon LTE. Not much space for dog-walking. Okay for a night or two.

Disappointed with their behavior towards me. I was spoken to very rudely. They claim I was warned multiple times over speeding in the park. The entire time I was there (2 months) I only spoke to one man ONCE! There is no way anyone can speed through there. All the RV’s are packed like sardines. Secondly, you may want to build a playground instead of having the children play on the street where the cars drive thru. Another suggestion, leave a notice on the RV to ensure communication. Lastly, your free Wi-Fi you offer, never worked.

Other reviewers have noted the small spaces and I have to agree it was 'interesting' getting my 38 foot Wbg pusher into my site. Fortunately, they had an employee spot me on avoiding the light posts. I have 3 small dogs and it isn't any inconvenience to shepherd them OFF my site to a sandy area where they can relieve themselves. The blazing sun bleaches their urine in those spots, rather than leave urine stains on their site gravel in the shade. I am in El Paso for work (nurse) so I appreciate responsive management when there have been inconsiderate, loud (after midnite, music booming from truck ?!) residents. Managment don't 'play' (ex El Paso PD). They are also responsive about lazy dog owners running dogs off leash and not collecting their waste. This isn't rocket science, people!? It's a health hazard! Waste attracts flies. There will be freeway noise, especially since people like to go zero-60 to the on ramp from the light at Yarborough. Crank up your A/C unit and it will be minimal.
This is not a destination park, but is GREAT for what it is:
1. Close to shopping, hospital (some guests are here from out of state with relative in hospital a mile away)
2. Every kind of restaurant (Chinese, BBQ, Mexican, Tex-Mex, all the burger chains) withing 2 miles
3. Groceries-Albertsons, Walmart & others
4. RV repair on-site in the RV park with well stocked RV parts store
5. Cheerful employees that accept packages at the office.
6. Vigilant employees doing rounds in golf cart every day-great security. Windy days do bring some paper trash, but it is collected very quickly by the staff.
7. Power pole-good power on both legs of 50 amp measured by my power protection device. Good water pressure with clean feeling showers. I drink bottled water, so no comment on taste.
If arriving late, staff leave packets on door of office for you. That said, I wouldn't be trying to park at or after dark because of the tight quarters.
Things they could do better? Create an enclosed area for dogs to run off leash. Put some dog waste bag dispensers at the tree area where many people are having their dogs eliminate (near dumpsters). Improve the signs on the last row by dumpsters. DON'T make a right turn by the dumpster!! It is a DEAD END.
There is a posted 5 MPH speed limit for a good reason. Children or dogs could be on the paved roads at any time day/nite. Previous reviews about getting spoken to about following the rules are from whiners who signed off on following the rules when they paid their site fee. Again, NOT rocket science!

Clean and simple, served its purposes perfectly as a night stay over. Walking distance to some restaurants. Everything is clean and nice. Washing machines were a nice bonus.
