Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 14, 2019I had a reservation for a week the beginning of June. I called them up, and they let me arrive early because of an issue with another RV park. I wish I remembered the woman’s name. Place is well taken care of, but there are a lot of regular residents, and they park their cars everywhere. Empty spaces, half in the space, half in the street, it was nuts. I guess there’s a new manager who said she has her work cut out for her. Cell service was good (Consumer Cellular). The internet sucked because you could get it free for 5 days, but then had to spend if you’re there longer, and the speed was terrible. Plus you could only connect one device to it. No Smart TV, iPhone, iPad, and laptop. Just one device! In this day and age that is nuts. Got about 20 OTA channels, but only one major network, NBC. Laundry is with your debit card, but wicked expensive, $3.75 wash, $3.75 dry. Short walking distance to numerous stores, fast food joints, and to make you feel safe, a Highway Patrol office is right across the street. Despite the negatives, I’d stay here again. Nice and quiet, full hook-ups, gravel with a cement slab driveway. And they allowed ShadePro to install a new awning on my rig!
This is a Sunland property and the public areas are very nice. The property is secure with fencing and a locked gate (keypad).
The staff have all been wonderful, polite and super friendly.
Here is our only complaint. A park is only as good as your neighbors. In this park we drew a poor neighbor. First off we used the Passport America trial and I think because of the deep discount (1/2 off) we were placed in an odd site. Our site is a convenient pull-through BUT is is very narrow. Most sites in the park have ample lots with picnic tables and brick patios m. Ours did not. One of our neighbors has a large dog and does not clean up after the dog. Needless to say we were stepping around doggie land mines while there. That was after we did some cleanup of our own.
Now in defense of the park, I don’t blame them for putting the PA members in the undesirable site. I think had we paid card rate, the story would be very different. All the other sites were very nice.

To be honest, it’s an ok spot to hang out for a couple days, but the price is kind of outrageous for what it is. We ONLY stayed here for 2 nights because we had Passport America. On the huge plus side, the staff was very friendly, the laundry room is super new & the pool/bathrooms were clean!

We found this to be more trailer park than RV resort. Very few amenities and location is unremarkable. Cars parked in our space, no table! They did respond when we told them about this, but it was unnecessary to have cars there when guests were booked. Pool is small and overcrowded. No other amenities. Won’t be going back.

I was only going to be here overnight, leaving early to get to San Diego. Chosen because it was only 25 minutes from the zoo, which I plan to visit tomorrow. The first site (103) was right under the freeway, a runaway car would have landed on me. And, someone was parked on my patio. So I asked to be reassigned, which they did cheerfully. Both sites sloped, with the drivers side high. They don’t answer their phone, but both times that I called and left a message, someone called me right back. The park and facilities are very clean and well kept. Freeway noise was loud and constant. I would return here only if I needed close access to San Diego. I got the Good Sam rate.

Gated RV park with decent amenities but quite noisy with access road on on side and interstate on the other. Showers and bathroom were clean but took a little bit for water to get warm. Didn’t try out the pool but many were enjoying it during the heatwave. Fitness center seemed small but had enough machines. Back in site was decent where almost every trailer was a fifth wheel which made our 22 foot bumper pull Jayco seem tiny. Dog area was stylized and nice where our Aussie and lab mix enjoyed running in circles. Only used water and electric hookups which had zero issues. This was a first time at an RV site and enjoyed the experience but the price was a bit much.
