No notice given. No sign outside stating closed until you went in entrance. Then had to turn around with our rig. Boo.
Went a mile down road to Central Park.

Great find on Route 66 and half an hour drive to Oklahoma City. We came here thinking it was free but it’s $20 or $25 for a better spot next to the lake. We were the only ones camping so had the place to ourselves in early July. There’s about 20 spaces. You can use the beach/ play area / picnic area too and the lake is lovely and warm to swim in with loads of birdwatching.
