The site is paved well lit and very safe. Some shade. The best part is how friendly the members are, they are very inviting and nice people.

This is a great place to stop over for the night. The non-member rate is $25 for Full Hookups (member rate is $20). They also have a dump fee for $5 but that is only available if there is an open RV spot to pull in and dump. There is a self-registration at the front door. You just fill it out and submit form with cash/check into door slot.
They have 8 FCFS FHU spots available although many are very unlevel (sites 4 is the most level). They have the RV Parking on the side of their parking lot. While the parking lines on the parking lot are short, they allow up to 45ft RVs in any spot.
Verizon works very well here (26Mbps DL/19 Mbps UL). ATT is much slower (~6Mbps DL/~2Mpbs UL).
They are right off a moderately busy road, so there is some road noise at night.
