East Jordan Tourist Park is conveniently set off Interstate 75, Michigan Highway 32 and US Highway 131. We're just 72 miles from beautiful Traverse City and twelve miles from Charlevoix. Our family-friendly RV park is run by the city of East Jordan, which is home to the East Jordan Iron Works Museum, the district library, the East Jordan City Marina, and the Elm Point Museum. Join us for days of relaxing on the sand, swimming in the lake, or boating and fishing (the marina and boat launch are right nearby.) We recently completed a large playground which is suitable for ages 2-12 years of age. We have plenty of ball fields, courts, and rooms for games, and tennis courts. Our park is now open year round, and we have cable TV hook-ups throughout the park. WI-FI is available at an additional fee. Our campsites range from full hook-ups to partial hook-ups and tent campsites. Daily, monthly and seasonal rates are all available at East Jordan Tourist Park, so you can stay with us as long as you like. New for 2013 are 2 camping cabins! Please check our website for more details.

Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on August 16, 2022We stopped to visit with friends who stay at the tourist park full time in the summer. It was a really nice rv park. The sites were clean as was the bathroom. They have a really nice beach area for swimming and boat slips. Our kids loved the play grounds. The price we paid included water and electricity. While this park sits right on the main road, The town is not busy or loud.

Very nice sandy beach (almost no rocks) and a great playground on the other end of the campground near the boat launch ($10 day for non-michiganers, $5 for locals). Fantastic wifi, used it to watch movies on the Roku at night. Easy access to local restaurants (BC Pizza and ice at Dairy Grille) and the boat launch. Would recommend, especially for families with kids under 10. 4 stars only because of the many areas of the campground with standing water 36 hrs after the storm moved on, they could do something about slopping the lots and draining the water better.

We stayed here for 2 nights in August, 2022. Reserved online & paid $35.75 a night for power & water. There is a dump station too.
The sites in the row closest to the road (2-21+) are pretty close to each other, but I believe have sewer.
The next two rows (22-40) are pretty tight too.
Site 54 is on grass with a cement & wood “pad” next to it.
We had one night with no one in front of us, so great view of the lake!
Lots of semi-permanent RVs, but not too many people.
Didn’t use the facilities. Beach is very nice - great for kids & families!
Great place to base from to explore Charlevoix.
No dogs on the beach, which is good for kids. Can walk a bit outside of the park to let your dog get wet. Swings on the beach / very cool!
This is not our normal style of “campground” - definitely more of a RV park feel, but we really liked it! 4 stars instead of 5 because the sites are very close.
