"An angler’s delight" describes 788-acre Lake Malone. Fishermen can catch channel catfish, largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and redear sunfish. The lake is enclosed by dramatic 50-foot sandstone bluffs rising above the water's edge.
Quiet campground with lots of wide open space. A small playground, decent bathhouse, and OK camp store. Park staff was kind and helpful! We would come back and stay again.
