We pulled in & asked to fill our fresh tank... $5 later we were dumped & full. Park host wicked nice - even gave us the WiFi password to use while we filled (Verizon runs Extended coverage here).
Park is lovely - pull through and pull-ins that face the river. Really lovely surroundings -horses across the street, hills and bluffs surrounding, backs up to river - we considered staying a night because it is really pretty! Some road noise - but just two lane.
WiFi decent!
I was lucky to stay at the Windhaven RV Resort one night as I traveled west from Nebraska to Idaho and would definitely return for a longer stay. I reserved a premium back in site by the river and called to say I was worried because I am still working on my backing up skills and maybe I should reserve an interior pull through site. The camp managers (and owners) could not have been nicer. They asssured me that they would not only help me get my rig backed in, but would help me learn how to do it. It is a very nice level campground and right along the Wind River. They have a good size off leash dog area. And very clean bathrooms and laundry. Excellent dry wood for sale that made a perfect fire in my fire pit. A million stars overhead at night. Fresh cookies delivered to each campsite in the afternoon. I even had a fun off road trip up to a scenic point by the owner with a couple of other campers who were just passing through!

RV hosts were VERY friendly people. Had an issue with reserving online where the site we wanted was really only for Class As due to the hookups, but they worked with us to make it all workout.
The Wind River runs along the backside of the property, so try to get one of those sites.
Not sure I would really call it a RV Resort, its a nice little RV park with very kind folks though.
DO NOT SKIP OUT on visiting the new Military Vehicle Museum on the east side of town. Absolutely ridiculous collection of vehicles, guns, and history. Nicest museum I have ever been too.
DO NOT SPEED through town. During our stay, they were pulling people over all week long. Speed limit is 30mph.

This small park has only 28 sites. Debbie and Al are wonderful owners. The park sits right on the Wind River. They offer daily, weekly, and monthly discounts. All sites have full hook ups, free WiFi that worked, very clean restrooms, showers, and laundry. Sites are long and wide on gravel. The whole park except for the dog play area is gravel - grass does not grow easily in this area. Debbie has games guests with children can check out. I would definitely return here!

Terrific owners who take pride in their campground and hospitality. Riverfront site was a great plus with Wind River flowing. Very clean restrooms, laundry, and level gravel sites. About one hour to Tetons and great hiking options between.

This isn't a big park (only 28 sites) but their sites are very wide and deep and all gravel. Each site is fenced in like a corral which makes parking very simple. Theres even a portable fire pit at each site. The Wind River flows along the back side of the campground. WiFi is very good too. Discounts for veterans and Good Sam members. Owner was great to work with. Water pressure is posted to be at 100psi, so make sure you have a regulator. First time I've ever seen the water pressure posted. Theres a great overlook on the west side of town that you can drive (off-road) up to the very top to get a 360 view of the area. Stunning views.

This is a repeat visit for us. The 28 site campground is all gravel with the Wind River behind 8 of the back in sites and trees on the border of another row of 6 back in sites. There are 5 sites near the road and 9 sites in the middle of the campground. Al is the owner and is very nice and helpful. The campground offers daily and monthly discounts and it is a Good Sam park. All sites have full hook ups and the free WiFi works well! The restrooms, showers and laundry are all extremely clean. Sites are long, level, and very wide. We used our portable Dish with no issues. Both ATT and Verizon worked, although my Verizon was on “extended network.” Each site has a picnic table and fire pit. The office sells ice, propane and firewood. The whole park except for the dog park is gravel - grass does not grow easily in this area. Al hosts a great ice cream social every Sunday evening. We really like it here!

We highly recommend this sweet spot! Al could not have been more accommodating. Awesome showers, amazing view of the rapid river flowing and mountains behind the river. It made for a great photo shoot! Verizon was “extended service” but they have internet that sustained us.
We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean campground. Staff was super nice and helpful. It's all gravel and pretty level. Each site had full hookups, picnic tables, and a fire tray. Nice little river in the back with a little island to throw rocks from. Close access to the Military vehicle Museum.
