I have been a frequent member at the Grass Station for quite some time, but today they screwed me for the last time. We can start with the customer service. The Grass Station is filled with incompetent, stoned, unintelligent bud tenders that if possible, could quit smoking during their shift for once in their lifetime could chance a gain at a stronger grasp on the English language and uphold a decent conversation [except the bud tender with the lion tattoo. She is intelligent, helpful, and overall pleasant to speak with].

The Grass Station’s ad which supposedly honors any and all recreational ads in the Westword is not true. They only honor the other companies’ ads when it suits their needs, always with their WORST strain of marijuana, and when their incompetency does not allow them to keep their WORST strain in stock; they decide not to honor any promotional ads.

I do feel like I am rambling, but there is still more to complain about this SUB-par facility. When you order a product at the Grass Station they do not weigh the product in front of you and they do not show you the product they are selling. The bud tender walks to a closed back room and returns to hand you a sealed jar, which you are unable to look at until the purchase is made and you leave the building.

No, I would not recommend the Grass Station. It is by far the closest dispensary to my residence, but from now on I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid dealing with such an inept business. Hopefully this review helps you choose your dispensary because LiveWell is just around the corner and 10000 times better than the Grass Station in quality, customer service, price, and facility location.

This place is called The Grass Station. Great staff and good service. Not only is this place legit, it's one of the best dispensaries in #Denver.

WARNING, DO NOT TRUST "THE GRASS STATION" WITH YOUR PURCHASE (thanks Emma)

FALSE ADVERTISING:
1. Yesterday my beloved, which suffers Clinical Depression and Anxiety due to her time in the armed forces, bought a "GUARANTEED" 22.03 thc content 1/8 of Lemon Diesel be to her shock the label, on THE BOTTOM of the bottle said it was only between 14.80 -16.30 thc content. Why was the label put on the very bottom of the product and not visible on the front and why are you blaming your labeling machine when you could FIX IT YOURSELVES (understandable a 95 I.Q. or higher is usually needed but I like to believe that it was done in the name of making a quick buck). When brought forth with the knowledge they refused to refund us or at least give us the value in store credit for a full return of said bought b.s. which I would understand if trickery was not involved in the sell of their product.
2. The Shake OZ. Special she was told over the phone yesterday was still ongoing had ended @ the end of march. She was not informed until being allowed into the product selling area of the store.

LACK OF INFO ON DISCOUNTS:
As Veterans (both U.S.ARMY, me a paramedic 91B30 before the switch to 91W and therefor losing the combat designation and her a x-ray tech 91P before the switch to 91X) have always been asked if we are veterans due to the Army Veterans hat she proudly wears everywhere, WERE NOT afford a Veterans Discount nor was the knowledge of it or the Senior Discount displayed anywhere in or out of the store area. Also it helps to know it is simply habit for us to automatically show our V.A. id's with are regular ones whenever we shop in a place that would normally give out vet discounts. Hell, first sat. of the month we have our V.A. id's ready a Safeway on 26th & Federal for 10% off is one of the many reasons why they are ALWAYS the face card in our wallets. From being with her for almost a decade and a half you learn these things about someone. When asked for @least the discount off the main price of the items returned to us we where given a crap load of bull on the reason why mainly stating if was not there fault due to her not asking yet in EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY we have been to we are ALWAYS seen a "ASK ABOUT (insert description here) DISCOUNT" or have been ask due to the nature of her almost never taking her hat off. On the bright side Emma said she was going to put out the signs now after the fact, and how does this help us?!? OH, RIGHT, DAMAGE CONTROL, DUH! A little late Emma. After anyone bleeds for their country or has made it to the status of "elderly" I think they deserve just a little consideration on the matter especially after you royally fucked it up the way you and you store did.

UNCARING TO CUSTOMERS NEEDS:
Besides my beloved before mentioned Clinical Depression and Anxiety mixed in with a rude, pushy costumer sells rep to boot, what we where offered as an apology was laughable. Emma told me her boss was only willing to offer us a $15 on any 1/8, insult people much?!? I know of other places I can easily go to that has $15 1/8 on the norm for rec and now not only are you trying to get us to spend more money @ your shit show of an operation but we can't even trust what we get for you plus the crap you pull on us vets and seniors a damn shame is not a strong enough words. I shall make it my personal goal that all x-mil I know in the 5 branches spread the word NOT to business with you as well as any who simply don't want to be scammed. And this also warrants not enough concern the her "boss" that I can speak to them or that they would want to speak to my personally??? Do you really care that anyone wants to hear you by-the-book, passive-aggressive corporate sponsored and trained mockpology?!?

AFTERMATH: TESTING OF THE "LEMON DIESEL" (let's face it, these scam artist are not giving me a refund).
In a few words it taste like shit, smells faintly like Pledge, crumbles when picked @ and I see no crystals. Growing up in Anchorage, Ak before my term in service I smoked A LOT of pot due to the fact Canada's right next door, helped me focus in school far better than Ritalin could that was prescribed to me, easy to DIY your own grow with the rich soil and unless you plan to spend most time outdoors there is not much else to do. After receiving my million dollar wound I started up again and this is one of the only times I have ever regretted smoking. Excuse me while I now go clean this filth's resin out of my piece.

IN CLOSING:
Do us all a favor owners and operators of the grass station and go back to hustling a street corner that way we all know what to expect, you trying to fuck someone over for a quick buck because that's the way you treat your (laughable to be called) business. Excuse me while I now go clean this filth's resin out of my piece.
