Mayu Sanctuary

Mayu® is a community-owned meditation center in Denver, Colorado. We welcome guests of every contemplative tradition, every spiritual belief, and every level of experience. Mayu is a member-owned cooperative. Membership is simple, affordable, and life-changing. Mayu Japanese: cocoon – a place of stillness and protection that allows great transformation Sanctuary – shelter or refuge one can turn to for help, relief or escape – a source of aid or comfort in times of difficulty Your meditation journey is personal. It doesn’t need to be isolating. Classes bring like-minded seekers together. Mayu has no affiliation with a specific meditation teacher or lineage. Instructors who lead classes in our sanctuary come from a wide range of backgrounds. Instructors at Mayu are independent.
