“Artisan Beer Project in Denver!”
We would like to announce that we will be moving our taproom and brewing operations to The Source on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4th at 3:00pm and will hold a celebratory toast at 6:00pm! For those of you not familiar with The Source, it is an artisanal market located inside of a 26,000-square-foot brick building built in the late 1800′s at 3350 Brighton Blvd. Our new neighbors include two restaurants (Comida and Acorn), Babette’s Artisan Bakery, Boxcar Coffee Roasters, Meathead, CapRock Farm Bar, Mondo Market, Proper Pour, Collegiate Peaks Bank, and an art gallery. The new taproom will be significantly larger than our current one, but it will still retain an intimate feel and will give guests a front row seat to our custom brewhouse built by Metalcraft Fabrication out of Portland, Oregon. Additionally, the new taproom and brewhouse will allow us to serve a broader horizon of beers and give us room for more experimentation and collaborations. When The Source taproom opens we will be closing the Barrel Cellar taproom for the time being. Although we are not sure about the future of the Barrel Cellar taproom, we would like to thank all of our supporters and friends that we have gained in our humble, hole in the wall over the last year! Please join us as The Source is for everyone that has helped us to get to where we are!
