“Colorado’s destination for southern home cook’n”
Hello & Welcome to CoraFaye’s Cafe, Colorado’s destination for southern home cook’n and soul food. Named after owner Priscilla’s mom, Cora, a self taught cook since the age of 9, and her sister Faye, for that familiar two-name country tradition. A native of Anniston, Alabama, she opened the doors on November 1, 2006, using four generations of her favorite family recipes. CoraFaye’s reputation for making simply delicious home cooked food is growing by leaps and bounds in Colorado and around the country. She takes great care in training her kitchen staff on following exact family recipes for taste and consistency. “It also gives me a chance to meet and greet our wonderful customers”, states Priscilla.
