Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on January 09, 2020I van camped here for one night at the end of the auto parking area. There were lots of trucks and lots of RV's there, but it was quiet and comfortable. My only issue was the people who chose to park right next tome, even though there were 20 other parking places for cars. Oh well! I'd definitely stay here again but maybe park by one of the little covered table areas.

We stayed here Apr. 4
It's a really neat idea and would be fantastic if it wasn't for the train that runs by on the other side of the interstate. We probably could handle the noise from the highway but the train is louder.
All in all it was OK but we'd probably find something a bit quieter next time we're in this area.

Extremely clean. Right off I10. Each sire has a lighted adobe shelter with picnic table and trash can. Level gravel.

This place is a rest stop off I-10, but they have these really cute little shelters covered w/ a picnic table, trash can & lighted. Yes there are a lot of trains but it was cool to be able to sit out enjoy everyone going up & down I-10 & the trains they didn’t bother us @ all during the night. Felt very safe here, they have about 12 shelters & 6 were taken the night we were there.

The only negative is the noise. Very clean with covered picnic tables. Would definitely stop next time I am on this route.

I was planning a route through the area, and read the reviews. This location lives up to what others have said. The sites are large and well laid out, and easy to get to. The sites are clean, and everything is obviously well maintained. I stayed at the western most end. It felt relatively private. Really as nice a dry camping area as any I've stayed at. This is a highway rest area, and you are near I10, and rail road tracks. Thus, you get the associated noises. Had great cell service. I'd recommend this, and would stay here again.

Fantastic place to overnight. You get your own space with a picnic table and trash can. I-10 noise, trucks, and trains come through, but we still had a restful night. We will definitely stop here again when coming through the area.

Didn’t stay here, stayed at the rest stop in Lordsburg, but wish I had. Very spread out, picnic tables and shade, some outlying spots without the glare of overhead lights.

We stopywhen our RV Life app failed so we missed the Walmart in Deming. Hubby was very ill and we were limiting our drive time to 3 hours a day. This came up on Campendium, so we stopped. Very nice rest area! Plenty of room to open the bedroom slide and be comfortable. Beware light sleepers! Train on the back and interstate in front. I’m not a light sleeper, so I was perfectly content!

Loved dedicated picnic Rv spots. Easily accommodated our 30 ft trailer and tow vehicle without unhooking. Of course noise from traffic and train. Would recommend
