“hard to find but worth looking for!”
Is this a museum? Well, not exactly. This is the Adobe Deli steakhouse and saloon. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better steak west of the Pecos. T-bones the size of man hole covers. Ribeyes, thick and juicy. French onion soup, a cheesy concoction that’ll warm you down to your boots and put a spring in your step. Folks come from miles around to sample the fare. Step up to the bar and have a beer with the regulars at the liars corner, or visit the oxygen bar.
