My four star rating is based on a delightful and quiet overnight stay. There is zero charm to this facility. It’s strictly utilitarian but inexpensive, quiet (no Highway or train noise) and is exactly what one wants when traveling east or west on I-10 through this part of New Mexico. T-Mobile and Verizon were very fast and more than sufficient to stream HD video. The sites are typical sized for a commercial campground and long enough for our 65 foot long rig/toad to stay hooked up for the night. The utilities worked as expected.
If you are looking for a longer term stay in the area, want more ambiance and can live without hookups, checkout the three nearby NM State parks. But if you want hookups or just a quick overnight (10/15 minutes from the interstate) this is your place.

Full hookups, level, wide and long pull-thru gravel sites great for short term stays. PA rate was $20 plus tax. Only 10 minutes or so off I10, but quiet. Walmart and a few restaurants in town. Perfect for our needs traveling between Tucson and San Antonio.

This is a really nice park. Spacious, level sites on gravel. Helpful, friendly folks got us checked in and picked a nice end spot for us. It's very quiet. No road noise, no trains. Very peaceful. It's about 5 miles out of town but that's why it is so nice and quiet. No pool and that's fine with us because we never use the pool. Everything was very clean. All the other campers were very friendly.

Campground was nice and peaceful. Sites were pull thrus and very wide. Mostly level. Great value for full hookups. Have a boondock area for $10/night. Wifi was spotty. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was nice. From reserving with Jerry, to arriving after hours and finding a welcome packet to our wide pull through spot 47. Great Wi-Fi and cell service. Clean as a whistle.
It is well off I 10, which we liked. Little town seems to have everything.
Also, they have a boondocking area that looked fine.
Note: our price was 50% discounted with Passport America.

They have an area for cheep boondocking. The water is good and you have a dump available. Or you can rent a slot.

Arrived late. 8pm. Hooked up and there was a water leak on their side. So no water. Still insisted they they quoted $40 when I heard him ask someone what the rate was. I heard them say,$26. He said $26. Arrived and paper work said $40.23. And $2 for credit card. Weird. Next day he said poor connection, I heard perfectly. Who needs a hassle when you are traveling. This was 2nd visit, first was couple years ago. We reviewed wife’s travel journal, should have looked first. We weren’t pleased then either.

Nice RV Park. We got a 1/2 price Passport America discount. We were only passing through and stayed one night. Nina was very nice, but this had to be the slowest check-in we've had in two years of full-timing. It took forever to get anyone to the office to begin with. There was one person in front of us checking in. Everyone was big talkers and didn't care that the rest of us were tired and just ready to get on with it. My husband finally got out of the truck to come check on me. He's never done that before. He didn't know what had happened to me. Otherwise, level, all FHU worked.

We stopped here on short notice when I 10 was closed due to blowing dust. The park owner was courteous and friendly. There are some full-time people in camp here but they were all very friendly and gracious. The grounds are extremely well-maintained, and there Is a nice dog run if you have Fido along. We would most definitely stay here again.
