We are only one and a half miles outside the city limits and only four miles from Shopping, Restaurants, and the Historic Downtown Square. Like to Golf? We are only a mile and a half from the Country Club. We are also located near the airport for those that fly or glide. We are close to the LBJ grasslands and just across road from the entrance to Black Creek Lake. We offer 30 and 50 am slots. Each slot has electric, water and sewer hookups. Each slot has it’s own electric meter. We offer a security gate at the entrance to add to the safety of the residents as well as live on site. Double Duty RV Ranch is private. We are not visible from the road (FM 730 North). You won’t find this much privacy and yet be this close to town anywhere else. Want to live in the country?
