All the sites along the river here are right on the river and quite nice. However, since they drop down to the river they loose the Verizon 4G that is available up on the main road along with the expansive views. Very nice spots for quiet and river access.

Great looking sites after an access road that is quite unnerving for a 30 ft rv and motorcycle trailer. Straight up and down on a gravel road. Tried it with the motorcycle but not the rv.
When he got there on 6/20/2017 the sites where half flooded.
I would come back at a later date when snow pack has melted and river subsided but would sedate my wife before going down the road
Also cows where living in the unflooded parts of the parking area.

This dispersed camping by BLM is about 20 miles south of Bondurant, WY. If travelling south, it will be on the left hand side of the road (east side). There is a sign that says "Warren Bridge" but it is not easy to see as it is about 100m off the highway and right at the road so no warning. If you cross Green River, there is a $10 campsite on the south west side of the bridge that is easy access but on open prairies. This free camping is much nicer! When we were leaving they were grading the road so it was very nice main road, just steep getting down to the sites. The pit toilets were very clean. The sites had fire pits and picnic tables. There was a boat launch as well. Very pretty. The camp was also very private as there are a number of camping areas along the river, but only two sites at each area.
THE PROBLEM: is that the sites are all down in the river valley and the gravel roads to get to them are VERY STEEP. We stayed at site 2 and the road down had two tight turns and was steep all the way down. A smaller truck may not have gotten back up the road while towing anything behind it. A longer vehicle wouldn't have made the turns. Be aware of your vehicles capabilities. Scout ahead if necessary and remember if you go down, you have to get back up somehow.

This spot was great if not very cold at night. There are a few more spots further along from where the coordinates will take you, there’s a map at the entrance with further info. Can be steep and rough at places. We saw some Elk and heard wolves. River is cold but clean enough for swimming. Toilets at each site.

We stayed at spot #1. Couldn’t have been nicer and right on River. Two spots here spread out and a boat launch. As others have said we list Verizon LTE when we dropped down to the site. It was steep but our powerful dually 4x4 truck pulled our 40’ 5er up fine. We know our trucks abilities. I’d scout it out first if you’re not sure as there really is no where to turn around once you enter the staging area. We had hopes of some fishing but it was still too cold and windy. Better to come when it’s. Big warmer. Just gorgeous! Watch out for Moose which will be in the area as it warms a bit. Very quiet.

I drove along the gravel road to site #7, which is pretty far from the entrance. There were 4 picnic tables and fire rings, and a pit toilet. I had the place to myself. You can set up a chair right at the banks of the Green River and watch pronghorn antelope coming down to drink, great blue heron fishing, and cute ground squirrels. Yellow warblers and Brewers blackbirds. There were a few sapling cottonwoods there, with cages around them, so I think this land is being reclaimed. Lots of cattle. View of snow-capped mountains. No cell signal. The road is hilly and rough, but my van with front wheel drive had no trouble.

What a gem of a campground about 20 miles north of Pinedale, WY. There is a day use section and then an overnight section. Campground hosts were awesome. Very clean CG and extremely clean vault toilets. There is a dump station and potable water available. Rate is $10 a night unless you have the senior pass then it is half price. Sites are large and there is space between them. First come first serve. Each site has a well built picnic table, a very nice fire pit and charcoal grill. Potable water facets are spread out throughout the CG. I have AT&T and had 3G service and mifi data service. Right next to the Green River, saw antelope and a bull moose.

This site link should be re-named “Green River Rec Area Site #1”.
There is an actual official BLM campground across the road named Warren Bridge Campground.
Lots Of Individual Sites Up The Road And Off On The Green River. Farther up the road the rougher the road gets. Most Have Fire Pits... Some Have Out Houses. Sites 4-8 are all amazing!! Quite a few others for day use only. Couple of different boat entry (not paved).

We stayed here for 5 days, a bit of snow on the first. Colder weather meant we were quite alone, but when it warmed up we kayaked down the river. Great fishing, beautiful sites. Amazing seclusion and wildlife.
