“a 1.75acre public park”
Surrounded by architecturally significant buildings, Main Street Garden debuts in vibrant Downtown Dallas. A rich history surrounds Main Street Garden -- a public park encompassing a full city block bordered by Main, St. Paul, Commerce and Harwood streets. Along with the garden, which opened in Nov. 2009, boasts water fountains, an urban dog run, a tot lot, main stage and garden shelters featuring a digital art display. Nearby buildings include Mercantile Place, the Universities Center at Dallas and Old City Hall.
Nice little park. The area has a fenced part for dogs and also a small playground where kids can play. Perfect for family bonding moments and also walking with your pet dog.
