This is the first time we’ve ever overnighted at a gas station, i was a little skeptical but i’m glad we took a chance! There are not a lot of options for this neck of the woods, but if you need a break from driving in this hot flat area, take a chance here. Reservations are made on line. If you have reservations, you can check in on your phone or at the on scene kiosk when you arrive. If you have verizon, service is very good. once you check in, the power and utilities are turned on. FHUs with 30/50 amps, water, sewer, and free wifi. The sewer drain is a little high, but that was my only complaint. There are 6 rv spots next to each other. we chose spot 1. When we were there, only one other rv’er who had spot 6. There is a good little fenced dog park area nearby and two fast food stores (chicken/pizza) in the loves. considering it was a loves, which is usually busy as hell, this one was fairly quiet, maybe because it was a sunday night? It is next to the highway, but the noise wasnt bad. Im really glad loves is starting to create these rv overnight spots, this one was great.

This was a good spot to resupply if you are heading to NM or CO. Easy to reserve online in advance or at the kiosk on-site. Store open 24/7 for supplies, fuel and propane and ice. Some highway noise and a couple of trains during the night. Not an issue for me with the A/C on. Restrooms and showers available in the store. This was perfect for dumping and cleaning out tanks and refilling fresh water after boondocking in NM for the last 2 weeks. Important! You need a water regulator here as the pressure from the tap is high.

$42.50 per night is high for a parking lot space with hookups but you can’t beat the convenience. Hot food, hot showers, FHU sites, propane available, rig friendly gas pumps. After a long day of driving, we needed a place to stop and rest. Site 1 and 2 are almost level. 3-6 are not. I would expect a new RV “park” to be level, especially in a parking lot and for that price. Would stay here again for the convenience while on the road.

First the pros:
Convenient stop on the way to/from Colorado. Full hookups, relatively level paved sites. Nice little dog park. Good Wi-Fi.
Next the cons, well, the one really big con is the road noise. While this is a great concept, they placed the rv sites right up front next to the road. Which is a very busy highway, plus a busy rail line running parallel to the highway. Don’t plan on getting a good nights sleep.

The Kiosk only has a QR code to scan and make a registration. I did try that, but it failed and said I had to start over. Another camper stopped while I was there and he had the same issue. I went on down the road about an hour and stayed at a campground for a few dollars less.

$10 to dump even with $150 tank of fuel and won’t even let you get water. Most Expensive Fuel In Town. Don’t waste your money. Fuel is .50 cents cheaper down the road
