This is a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable… we went in September. The food was great and not too expensive and it is close enough to walk to the lighthouse, the pier for seafood and shopping.

2 stars only because of the view. Paint pealing, rusty fixtures, no working outlets in the bathroom, ants in the bathroom, and a blood stain on the blanket. The floor was dirty enough to make our white socks black.
We booked this place based on the good reviews and because we were traveling with our dog. The hotel is very dog friendly and there is a dog park a short walk away. The view is spectacular!This is all very sad because the property has a lot of potential it just needs to be fixed up.
An overhaul of the restaurant is needed too. The food was not that good for the price they charge. If you want really good food go down the street to SeaQuake Brewery or Denny’s for breakfast.
