We found this and booked it through Airbnb. The manager was nice as the previous reviewer had said and stop by our camper as well. However, this campground is not very nice and no one was around when we checked in. Also the water was really hard. It’s hard to find campsites at Yosemite, so this does the trick in a pinch.

We spent 4 nights here to explore Yosemite, small part but close to Yosemite. Passport America discount makes this one about the right price for what you get. We had a 30amp site (that is what was said) but kept tripping the breaker with both ac units on. Water pressure is a bit low. Zero service here for Verizon but att works amazing! There is a new tower not 200 yards north of the park and we get blazing speeds, 179mb download, 50 mb upload. Incredible for how far from everything you are here.

Older, quaint park. Several pull thorough sites. Water pressure a little low. Very friendly host. A little confusing check in because there ar two entrances and the office is at top of the hill at one entrance. If you enter from the other side it is difficult to find.

Let me start by saying I have stayed in many campgrounds from coast to coast and this is in the top 3 worst ever!
When you check in prepare for it to take 30-45 min. You will be educated on the area, don’t get me wrong some was useful and I understand the intent; but after traveling for most of the day I just wanted to get to my site, set up and relax. Instead maybe offer to give information if someone comes back in the office asking.
Once to the site it’s a bit tight for sure but there was also water all over the ground from a leaking pipe on the site next to us. I didn’t think too much of it till later on it kept getting more and more soggy, by the next morning the whole front of our campsite was mud. So I insisted on another site and was told to pick one. We moved and the new site was better. Still extremely unlevel. There may be 4 somewhat level sites in the whole place.
There is very minimal maintenance happening here. It seems they care more about just having people stay here rather than customer satisfaction.
The second morning people leave early to get to Yosemite (understandable) but people were checking into a site next to us that someone just left from. This was at 7am!!! It wasn’t happening quietly. This place is completely unorganized, and could benefit from some major overhauling. Quiet time at this campground is not enforced I was woken up each night with people either checking in late leaving late or moving their rigs around late at night.
