Tons of different types of animals. Not a classic zoo or aquarium but more a safe haven and rescue. You feel way better about visiting a place like this compared to a place like Sea World.
Fun place for a nice Saturday afternoon adventure! Has a good variety of animals to choose from, and not all fish.
Very crowded, but some really neat things to see.
The Texas State Aquarium invites you to encounter a taste of our ocean's biodiversity! They are dedicated to education and conservation as well as offering hand-on experiences such as hand feeding stingrays or petting sharks. You can also see creatures native to Texas waters. Definitely a must visit in Corpus Christi.
A great way to fill in a few hours. The dolphins were our favorite, but the otters, alligator and eagle were fun too watch too. I would recommend this for anyone, young or old. Great views of the bay, USS Lexington and some of the exhibits are outside. Thankfully we had nice weather, which made it a great visit, with some beautiful scenery.
Great way to spend a rainy day. I
would recommend it.
