It has nice size sites in a well used campground. Looks like it would be tight navigating the camp road. The lake is nice. We found a boondocking area that was much nicer.

Stayed at the Narrows CG on New Fork Lake, but checked this CG out. It’s likely the worst FS campground I’ve seen. The road is almost impassable and the sites are small. It should be closed until it’s improved.
This is a beautiful location but horribly maintained by the USFS. No water available. Pit toilets that are not maintained. The last service of the outhouse was on 9/2 but as of 9/10 the tp was gone so we called the Pinedale ranger district for the second time. They said they would contact a ranger but as of 9/11 when we left no one had come. There is no campground host and no enforcement of rules. The access roads are in terrible condition. We have been coming here for 10 years and are sad to see the steady decline of this campground. It used to be good( but no longer). Cell phone coverage was very poor, we had to drive to Pinedale for service.
