I was driving hard after a long day of work to get to the hill country. Where I live the humidity is high. I knew I could camp here in comfort. Pun intended. I parked at the most level spot I could find and I slept well. Highway noise is there, but I was tired. The good thing is that it's super dark and I feel safe being surrounded by big rigs.

We stopped for a quick lunch and dog walk break on the westbound side. Average stop. No restrooms, didn’t need one anyway, we bring and use our own.

It’s on a hill so it’s not level. However it’s free. No bathroom. Right on highway so it’s noisy.
