“perfect location for exploring”
Fountain Creek Recreational Vehicle Park is the starting point for other Front Range area attractions. We're located at the foot of beautiful Pikes Peak between Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Start your day with a scenic tour of Garden of the Gods and end it with a trip to the Flying W Ranch. A trip to the Royal Gorge is always worth the time and everyone should see the Air Force Academy. The list is endless and all are within driving distance of the park.

It's essentially a spot for the homeless and those wanting to live out of their RV’s. Needles everywhere, saw a meth lab out of one trailer. Facilities are filthy.
Very convenient location to Colorado Springs attractions and shopping.
The campground is cramped. There was no satellite reception. The WiFi was none existent. Site 89 had a concrete ped that was cracked with a sewage smell escaping. You have to pay when you arrive with no refund. If we had known how bad the campground was we would asked for our $50 a night back. The public bathroom was dirty and generally was in use for a long time so they we’re worthless. The speed bumps were terrible. We will never stay there again.

Owners are very friendly as is the staff, but that doesn’t make the place good. We had planned to have friends to our RV site for dinner, we went to a restaurant - unless you stay closed up in you RV the place is noisy, very dusty all gravel and dirt although the trees are nice. Hwy 24 is noisy all day and night. Homeless around the RV park, sad but there. Also RV park has maybe 70% full-timer or very long term residents. RV Park is a few blocks walk from old Colorado Springs which is fun shopping and dining but you wouldn’t want to walk it after dark as the area is rough.

We got ‘stuck’ in Colorado Springs due to a truck repair July 4 weekend. The place is less than 2 miles from Garden of the Gods. We had only bikes for 24 hours so it was wonderful. The host was so accommodating when we didn’t know when we would leave. Yes it’s dusty and a little crammed, but we give it 3 stars for location and host being awesome. Right on a bike trail and near Old Colorado City.

The reviews were pretty bad so I was wary about booking with them. They gave us a shady creek side spot and it was great to escape the heat wave. We didn’t hear the highway at all, probably due to the sound of the creek. The homeless people are around but they don’t bother people and don’t come in the rv park. FYI homeless people are all around OCC, so it’s not just the RV park. It’s perfectly fine.
One of the staff, Leo is great! If you have an issue, he gets on it right away.
Laundry - $1.50 to wash. $0.50 to dry. Yes- 50 cents.
If you leave your garbage in front of your site from 8am-10am, the staff will pick it up for you. Otherwise, you will have to toss it out in the garbage bin in the front.
The rv park is super close the red rock canyon and garden of the gods. It’s also close to the pikes peak if you want to drive/hike/bike to the top.
I took a star off for bad wifi and the roads aren’t the best. The speed bump was not fun to drive through.

Absolutely the worst rv facility I’ve been to this year. We actually forfeited our fee and left because we didn’t feel safe.
The park is definitely misrepresented online.
