“Michigan's foremost exotic animals petting zoo”
We are more than a zoo. This 30 acre park has kiddie rides, a gift shop, Storybook Lane, a playground, miniature golf, and a picnic area. Come pet and feed deer, llamas, alpacas, and other animals. There is an admission charge. Groups are welcome. Location: 6800 Marquette. From I-94 take the 39 exit, turn right onto Friday Road, keep going through town all the way to Interlochen (turn left) then turn left onto Indian Road which turns into Marquette and we are there. Open daily from 10am to 6pm.
150 malnourished deer were confiscated from this property recently and the animals seem to have open wounds and just generally be in bad shape. Do not attend Deer Forest Fun Park.
