Small convenient rv park with great owners. Tightly packed in. Laundry facilities were clean and nice. $1.50 for washers and dryers. Didn’t use the pay showers. Bathrooms were ok. It was a stop over for us. Owners have a garden and all are welcome to pick whatever they want

This RV park is directly behind a gas station. The spots are level, gravel spots and very close together. There is a home on grounds (I assume the owners) with a garden they upkeep that they share with visitors to use. Several long term/or long stay seasonal people, all of who we came in contact with were so extremely kind. Although spots were very close, we were still able to fit our 45ft rig+dually+extra vehicle at our spot. Our spot had a large tree for shade and a grass area with a concrete pad+picnic table. We only encountered older folks, which the campground seems more accustom to… but the campground does have a green area with basketball goal (on the grass) for kids to roam and play. No playground or anything for kids beyond that, which was ok for us as we were in town visiting family and weren’t at the campground much anyway. We used the laundry services which were $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry, clean machines. They keep this place tidy with a large fee if you don’t clean up after your dogs, and flowers/landscaping throughout the park. We stayed here for a week and with how quiet and humbling our experience was, could have easily stayed longer. Definitely will be back if we are in the area.

We've been traveling across the country for 6 months and this has been my favorite RV park so far. Super clean, quiet, really nice people. Great private shower (a quarter for 2 minutes) but who cares when the rates are so reasonable. Laundry is a dollar to wash and a dollar to dry that and the machines actually work really well! Internet that is reliable. Every park should be this great. Hidden gem!

Very pleasant experience. The owners are awesome and hospitality is definitely shown here. I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s a little noisey as the highway is within a few football fields away.

Was waiting for windshield to arrive at the local glass shop for our class A Rv. Last minute the owners was able to fit us in. Our price reflects a week stay. Full hookups, pull through site. Fields on both sides of park. Gas station close by. They do have wifi we used our hotspot. We got 4 bars for Verizon. Level sites and well maintained grounds.

Stayed a week to explore Spokane. Downtown sites 30 min away. Any store you could want along Division St. About 40 min to Mt Spokane SP. Sites were flat gravel with landscaping. Free veggies from the garden were the best! On-site laundry being upgraded and cheap to use. Owners very hospitable. Able to stream with WiFi and lots of OTA channels.

So much to love about this, not least of all the pick your own garden and old fashioned system of taking checks etc. They held us a spot without prepayment. Had a great kale salad for dinner from the garden. Shower was nice enough, though requires quarters. Some steady traffic noise from 395. Good OATV. WiFi is so low signal as to be nonexistent, which made driving this far out of our way to have that amenity a little frustrating. Lots of permanent residents in nicely landscaped units. Owner (?) walking around spraying pesticide the morning we left. Hmmm, about that garden ….

Nice spot for a night or two. Very cramped and most spots have no shade. Luckily our site (#62) did have shade around 1 or 2pm because it was over 100 degrees while we were there! Clean showers that require quarters. Staff was very friendly and welcoming but they didn’t really give much info around check in. They didn’t mention anything about check out time, bathhouse or about the garden that everyone wrote about. It was ok for a couple nights.

This is a very nice place very well maintained with beautiful flowers everywhere and of course many many roses. The sites are level gravel with nice grass areas and a small concrete pad and picnic table and most have some shade. The Laundry is clean and the machines look pretty new and work great never seen a drier so good. The water pressure is good and power was good too even during the days in the 90s and 100s. Hwy 395 is about 400 yards but the noise is not too bad and pretty quite at night. We didn't use the showers but I cam image they are clean too. Linda the manager is great and worked with us as our schedule changed letting us come a month early and stay extra time as we waited for a repair on our truck and even offered to use their truck to relocate our trailer should we need to. Lon the main caretaker along with the assistant manager and his wife do a wonderful job of keeping everything working with the grass and every tree and bush well trimmed and with Lon being a farmer and Linda having quite the green thumb, the garden is great with vegies for all. These are absolutely the nicest people you may ever meet and when we'll be back for sure.
