Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on July 15, 2023We took a chance on this place even though there were no reviews and we were really glad we did. This is a seemingly remote place that is right off the interstate. The road is gravel, but well maintained. We had no trouble finding a fairly level spot for our 26’ TT and truck. It seems to be a nice area for SXS, jeeps, and shooting practice. If I would not have seen the groups of people riding around I would have assumed we were the only group staying there. Definitely worth your stop. Cell signal was decent with Verizon and AT&T, but not enough to support several devices streaming. If you’re working remotely a booster might help, otherwise I would make other plans for work.

Based on the previous review we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. Not far off the highway, nice gravel road and spot we picked was pretty level. We weren’t sure which way to go at the fork but decided to take the left fork and headed up hill. Had 2 bars of lte on ATT which was adequate for the night. Would stay again if passing through the area.

This is a beautiful section of forest, but the narrow gravel logging road was not well suited to our 38’ RV and tow vehicle. About 3 mi in we found an offshoot we could fit in, but had to unhook and back in. Forest was incredibly quiet and it was a very peaceful night, but next time we will look for something a bit more mig rig friendly.

Great & Quiet Spot Right Off I-90. Clearly Marked Exit From The Highway And About A 0.5 Mile Drive Up A Gravel Road To The Pull off Location (the GPS Coordinates Are Exact To The Pull Off Spot). 1-2 Bars AT&T Cell Service . 1 Other Car Was Parked Here Overnight.

It might be that we are picky dispersed campers, but this is not a spot we would visit again unless we didn't have any other options. It's fine if you need a quick, free option, but it has some things we didn't care for. It is at a summit on I-90 so you hear truck engine brakes all night. It's basically a dusty, wide road before a gate that happens to fit a trailer. I guess it'll do in a pinch, but we didn't want to hang out there.
