They have a new website.... Loved this RV camping experience. Big open hilltop to play fetch with the dog, planned evening activities weather permitting, rentable tee-pees, sites that back up to the creek... but they have a new website if you can't find them!

Fantastic with large sites. A little closer to the freeway than I like but great for a quick weekend trip!!

It's a nice park, it's on the service road so a bit of noise from the highway. If you book try to get a site in the back. Did not use any of the facilities And did not even go in the bath house. It was during the pandemic so I'm not even sure it was open. the pool was definitely not open, but the store was. We'd stay again. They were very nice and allowed us a late checkout free of charge. Lots of shade too.

This was a huge surprise for us. We absolutely loved the spot we got. Fishing was great and just a few steps from our front door. The only thing is, keep your eyes open for snakes. We saw two near the camper.

Overall a great stay - we will definitely be coming back.
Pros:
- Great location, in a small, peaceful town, but also not too far away from Park City
- Fishing mere feet from your site, crawdads in the pond are fun to catch too
- Staff is very helpful and delivered all our packages to us
- Great AT&T + Verizon reception (got 100mbps down with my mimo antenna)
Cons:
- No propane onsite, I recommend going to Weber River Feed & Supply across the highway
- Pretty crowed on the weekends, but everyone was nice and not too loud
- They claimed the site was 70 ft long, but I measured it at ~59 ft
- There's a cow field right next door, so the smell is what you'd expect when the wind is blowing

We stayed here for a night while on a long trip to Wyoming. Nice little spot with easy access off of I80. The camp host was very friendly and met us at our site for checkin. It was pretty quiet, clean and well maintained. Nice trees and grassy areas for our two dogs. And the online reservation and checkin system is awesome! We’ll definitely add this to the list when we pass this way again.

Echo Island is a gorgeous campground split by a mesmerizing river. We spent 2 months holed up here during the pandemic, and it was a great place during the week to spend a summer. The weekends were a different story, however. Starting on Friday, every site was full. And not just full with a camper. Full with a camper and an entire family reunion at every single site. I've never seen so many people in a campground.
Luckily we were in the back pull-thru sites which seemed to mostly be people who stayed at Echo Island for the whole season. Highly recommend either the very front or very back sites unless you want to be overrun.
Other than overcrowding, the campground is picture perfect. Super close to Echo Reservoir (you could probably kayak there from your site) and right across the street from the Historic Rail Trail. And only 15-20 minutes from everything in Park City, UT. We had great internet the whole time even in the back of the park, so no worries staying connected! Would definitely camp here again if we're ever back near Park City.

First off, Paul & Darrel are incredible in the office. We had originally booked two weeks here since my husband had a job in SLC, but we ended up extending TWICE totaling about 7 weeks at this park. After scoping out other parks in the area, we decided this was the best bang for our buck. The management is incredible and ALWAYS willing to work with you and help you out with whatever you need. Store is stocked with a few RV parts, snacks, frozen drinks, ice cream, etc. You can rent basketballs or volleyballs to play in the yards there. The pool is WARM (heated) even on cold days and management opened the hot tub almost daily for my family. Coalville has a couple restaurants, food marts with the basics. (We’re GF and DF and had to drive to Park City quite often for dietary needs. Only 25 mins.) The grounds are well kept. Spots are decently spaced. RV park is right next to cow fields so don’t be surprised if you smell cow piles at the end of the night but they are so beautiful and friendly, you can pet them at the gates if your calm enough. Some spots are very close to the highway so choose spots towards the middle or back pond if you’re sensitive to noise. We fished at the pond and the younger boys caught their first fish! We’d def stay here again for a night or a month!

They quote you one price and then when you get there it’s $250.00 more after you had paid the monthly rate months before you even arrived. Obviously it’s new ownership and they don’t know anything about accommodating there Campers. We have been traveling for 2 years now and have never been so disappointed with the new owners. We would like to also like to note we are passionate about riding our side by side and asked specifically before we booked if there was riding FROM the park. They said yes. We literally have not gone anywhere since We arrived. We are very anxious to leave which will be July 2. We would never recommend this park and never come back.

First of all, I’m not sure why there are so many glowing reviews of this place. Maybe it’s gone downhill? We have a travel trailer so our experience is based on that.
We had been driving all day so we missed the not-very-well-marked entrance and had to go allllll the way around. Once in the park, it wasn’t obvious where our site was so we went to what we thought was the office: Closed. It was 3PM! We saw a woman in a golf cart and asked where we should go since there were no signs to follow. She motioned another golf cart over and asked “her brother and his girlfriend” to show us. He said to her, “what’s in it for me?!” With a laugh. Who are these people? So, we follow him across a rickety bridge and he guides us to our pull through spot but took us through the wrong way. Then he laughed at us! “Your utilities are on the other side! Haha!” And then drove away! Yeah, well, you guided us in the wrong way!
The dumpsters were all overflowing with trash, the dump station was closed. We didn’t even try the showers and bathrooms. The store/office was closed.
If you’re in the area, stay somewhere else. Rockport State Park is nearby and waaaay nicer and doesn’t have that run down tweaker vibe.
