Had time to kill so decided to check out this mystery. Mr. Twister used to be an amusement park that was torn down in '94. It's now called Highlands Garden Village, where the neighborhood can rent garden plots. You can still find old remnants of the park, including a gazebo where bands played, and mini golf structures, and the original theater up the street.
