A small, but great, campground up in the mountains! It only has 10 sites and it's first come first serve, cannot reserve before arrival. I love simple camps like this, you have your essentials, but it's nothing fancy (beisdes the views!!). Table, fire ring, vault toilets, and a water spigot. I notices at night, some of the sites farther back get some buzzig noise from the near by power plant, but it did seem to bother me. We camped at the first site and loved the massive rock the fire rinf was set up next to, also offered us great privacy. Really nice drive up, often Big Horn Sheep hang out around all the hairpin turns up, we lucked out and only saw a bunch of deer. Take the drive up to the summit (there's a parking lot to stop in) and has some more amazing views. We spent some time the next day in Historic Georgetown which has some fun things to offer, highly recommend the Jerky Shop!!
