“A restaurant's humble beginning”

The Coolest Joint in Town opened its first location in Clovis California and is now operating 12 other units in cities throughout California and in Eagle Idaho. Current CEO Randy Brooks is a second generation restaurateur. This family run company is firmly rooted in the Steakhouse business. Most of our employees and Franchisees have grown up in the business and have gone from working in the restaurants to owning their own units. Our Executive employees at the Corporate level all have ownership in our parent Company, Dynaco Inc. We consider our employees and franchisees part of our extended family.

Most of the food is pretty good, but not the Mac and cheese. I'm someone who loves Mac and cheese, but this was just noodles with cheese on top. But, steaks are good! The service is good too.... Read more

I would never come back here again. Both my husband and I received severely undercooked entrees. Their baked potatoe is drenched in cold cheese, luke warm butter, and just complete lack of flavor.... Read more
