Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 04, 2024This fairground parking lot is located at the corner of S Cloverdale Boulevard and Citrus Fair Drive. The office is on Citrus Fair Dr on the right (before the high school) and the entrance is around the corner on Washington.
The parking lot is large but not very inviting. Good security with a coded gate. All the hookups were 50 amp. They had one "dog box" for 30amp adapters.
We set up, leaving a table in our spot, rolled the dog box to our site, and then went out for dinner. When we returned, someone else had appropriated the dog box and so we had no electricity. There was also a party going on in the back of office block. The Lions Club were having a great evening and loud laughter went on until 11:30.
The toilet/shower block was grim. Not very clean. No privacy curtains. Reminded me of prison cell block.
On the positive side, the dump site was well positioned and worked well. Also easy walk to a very nice town. Altogether very expensive for what it was.

We needed a safe place with electricity and water and this place provided that. To get into the parking area, you are given a gate code at check-in. We liked that feature. The ladies inside were very nice. You will need to provide your insurance, license and registration.

Had made reservations to use an island spot with full hook ups.
Check in went smoothly with vehicle registrations and proof of insurance requirements.
Received gate and restrooms codes
Set up is in the fairs parking lot which is paved, level, and lighted.
Was surprised when a “Friday night Mercado” event took place our first night. It was set up within 30 feet of our rv. It included several food tables, craft and merchandise tables. Food trucks and music. It was a surprise and a bit much after a long travel day.
The following morning the motorcycle training class started and went most of the day.
Saturday night saw two events going on.
Both complete with more amplified music that went on until 10:30 pm.
Sunday morning was a repeat of the motorcycle trading class.
Overall the facilities are well maintained but we had no warning or advisement of the events that were taking place.
Can’t honestly say we would stay here again. Maybe midweek but not without asking about other events that are planned.
Restrooms / showers were also open to all that were attending the events.
