Springridge Mobile Estates & RV Park

Several sites very tightly spaces on an asphalt lot. FHUs with 30 amp and no park WiFi.

Part of a large mobile home park so lots of residential traffic. Still quiet at night and we felt safe for our stay.

Office has free WiFi for checking emails, etc. Easy access from the highway and close to several things to see and do.

Clean. Tight to get into and out of spot.

I arrived Saturday afternoon. No one was there. There was a note on the door that said to tenants that if they are one day late on rent they have to pay a $100 fine. Next to this it says Good Sam. Eventually, A person showed up at the office. They charged me $33.00.

I asked for the WiFi code. She said unless you are standing within 10 feet of her door they have no WiFi access. I then asked for the code to the restroom. She said, “it’s on the receipt”. Later that day I tried to enter the restroom with the code given on the receipt, and it did not work. There is a touch screen keypad on the restroom door that has no * symbol as listed on the receipt. I gave up after 10 minutes and requested the help of another guest. He could not figure it out, so we called the office number. It went to voicemail to this day I did not get a return call .

The pool was closed and the area for your dog is very small. The RV parking is very close together and there is no grass. It is all pavement.

This has been my experience.

The staff was excellent and helpful. We stayed for just one night while making our way cross country. The RV park itself was quiet. They was noise from the highway, but not enough to be disturbing. The site itself was fairly bare with little room to put out tables or chairs. You are very close to any neighbors that occupy the next site. It took more effort than usual to get level but we did achieve that. We would stay here again but only as an overnighter.

Springridge Mobile Estates is located in Clinton, just outside of Jackson, Mississippi. It’s an older campground with mobile homes interspersed throughout the outer rim and RVs centered in the middle. It was surprisingly clean and well-maintained.

Although older, the facilities were functional and we had no problem using electricity or water. The spots were tight, but nothing we couldn’t handle with a 40′ fifth wheel.

This campground would get an otherwise great review, except for the fact that we were not informed upon check-in (or anytime really) that there were “boil your water” advisories issued for the county for the time we were there. We always carry bottled water for drinking, but an important detail like that should have made known.

Starlink was running at 70 down 8 up. Our Verizon phones had 4 bars and with the cell antenna, both Verizon and AT&T were at 5 bars.

For An Overnight Stay It Was Great, Almost All Pull Through, After Stopping At Another Place That Looked Like A Slum in a horrible area For The Same $ This Was Wonderful!! Even Having A Little Dog Park For Our Dog!

I stopped by this RV park to dump my tanks. The lady I spoke to was supper friendly. Since it was after hours she gave me instructions of where to leave the $5 dump fee. Will be using them again next time through Clinton, MS.
