This recently remodeled and updated rental property is located on North Clearwater Beach on the Intra-Coastal Waterway. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, yet you have the best of both worlds. You start your morning with a hot cup of coffee/tea sitting out on your balcony overlooking the pool and the waterway, serenity at it's best. When your ready to enjoy the beach you take a leisurely 5 minute stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful white sandy beach to relax under the warm sun and get that great tan. When done you stroll back and enjoy the refreshing pool where you will continue relaxing by St. Joseph Sound Intra-Coastal Waterway.
