This is a nice little RV park tucked away in the TN mountains. Most spots are occupied by long-term renters but the owner keeps a handful available for short-term campers. It has 6 nice big-rig friendly pull-through sites with full hookups, high-speed wi-fi, very nice laundry facility, good views, and Llamas grazing in the adjacent pastures. We took advantage of the free tractor ride to hear the interesting history of the property and a chance to pet some of the Llamas! The owner is super nice and accommodating and we look forward to our next visit there!

This campground is very quiet and immaculate! The owner, Gerry was so welcoming. Great location not far off the main road. The Llamas, goats and donkeys were a big bonus to watch in the pasture. Our site was called the "Mamma Llama" site and it was perfect and private. When we come back through we will stay here again.

This is a very nice and quiet campground in eastern TN. It’s located mid-way between Jonesborough and Greenville. Site 26 is very long and suitable fire big rigs. FHU: sewer, 50/30/20 amp, good water but use a regulator.
They don’t have fire pits but you can bring your own, we brought our SoloStove. Firewood is available at local Lowes.
The bath/laundry house is nice and we’ll appointed.
Wi-Fi is excellent here, there are multiple networks to choose the strongest.
OTA TV channels are good and watchable.
