As Casino's go this is a very nice overnight spot. This is a smaller casino with a very large, flat parking lot with enough space for at least 50 rigs. RV's are free to park towards the front of the parking lot (area nearest the Hwy), allowing regular passenger cars the space directly in front of the casino.
Bonus points
Large dog-friendly field next to parking area - they have an official "pet area"!
Green surroundings - your views are of pine trees
Very relaxed - no need to sign in or register
Extra stuff - Casino also offers gas, diesel and propane at the travel center
Hiking - lots of nearby hiking at Collier Memorial State Park
Negative points
Trucks - since the casino also runs a truck stop & travel center next-door you will often be joined by trucks in the parking lot overnight. Most are just there to sleep, but some do idle the engine.
Noise - since you're close to the Hwy you will hear some hwy noise
We'd stop here again.
This was supposed to be quick 1 or 2 night stop while we checked out some boondocking sites in the area. Unfortunately, none of the boondocking sites had any signal whatsoever so we hung out here longer than planned. The casino employees couldn't have been more accomodating. There was even an organized group of 6-8 rigs that was spending several days there with the blessing of the casino management. They are very relaxed about parking and length of stay. There are designated sites on the blacktop (where we stayed) and additional parking on dirt off to the side of the parking lot. This did seem to be the spot the truckers pulled over to so as was mentioned previously, this could be a bit noisy. Although it sits just off of 97 the traffic sounds at night were never a bother to us. The truck stop next door has propane, fuel and water. The food in the restaurant at the casino was reasonably priced and good! Although it is a casino parking lot it was comfortable and they were very accommodating.
We stayed here 11/7/16 and all the campgrounds in the area are closed after October *and* most of 'em can't fit our 33' fifth wheel anyway. The dirt lot was blocked off when we were there so all the trucks (and a few RVs) backed in along the North edge of the parking lot. We started out there but some truck with a noisy refrigeration unit moved in right next to us so we moved a bit closer to the highway on the west perimeter -- leaving three empty spaces between us and the RVs on either side. By morning a big rig had wedged into the empty spot directly adjacent to our driver's side -- seems those guys just can't get close enough sometimes!
==========
We had pulled in (our bedroom is in front) and he backed in. He must have backed in quietly and shut her down quickly as we didn't realize he was there until after we woke up the next morning. We had their awesome chicken dinner special with all the trimmings *and* soup or salad -- tough to beat for six bucks! We only ate half our chicken and brought the rest home to make soup :) They do have free WiFi in the casino but it wasn't exactly hot rod -- we found our two and three bars of Tmobile in the fifth wheel to be better.
==========
Very friendly place and we only rated it low on the noise front because of the trucks. It would be better if they had their own spot instead of mixing it up with the RVs. One little bonus because it's on the rez (apparently) you can dispense your own fuel! :) One last note -- this casino is NOT in the small town of Chiloquin . . . it's a few miles south of the town and just off the east side of Hwy 97 (no need to take the Chiloquin exit unless you want to see a fairly clean and mostly abandoned commercial district) -- can't miss the casino from Hwy 97 -- and you won't want to. :)
We were here mid-June 2017 because we wanted to boondock somewhere close(ish) to Crater Lake. The campgrounds at Crater Lake were all booked up and we didn't feel like boondocking in some of the snow lots that people talked about on Campendium. Crater Lake was really easy to get to from this spot -- it took around 40 minutes (37 miles) to get to the Visitor Center.
I called the casino ahead of time to make sure we were ok to boondock and the casino said yes and that there was no need to check in with the casino when we got there.
As many said, there is some road noise because there's a highway right in front of the parking lot but it wasn't awful -- definitely noticeable if you're listening for it, but like I said, not terrible.
There are designated RV spots that are long pull-throughs spots but we saw many people just find an empty corner of the parking lot and take up several car spots. It didn't look like the casino minded since it wasn't all that full anyway. We didn't end up parking in the paved parking area, but in a gravel lot to the north of the paved area next to the trees. We wanted to be away from other RV'ers (of which there were probably half a dozen of us). It also looked a bit more level than the paved lot (we were right, no need for jacks).
We are in a 36' Class A with a Jeep and fit great without any tight corners.
We have a Verizon Jetpack and got 5 bars of LTE. I checked our bandwidth and saw 29 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds good enough for everything we needed for our internet usage.
We also have a T-Mobile phone that had 2 bars of LTE (16 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload) and an AT&T phone with XXX bars of LTE.
We arrived in late March and stayed two nights. We chose this location because we wanted to visit Crater Lake National Park. The KLA-MO-YA Casino sits right at the 'Y' of Why 97 & 62 which was perfect because during the Winter Season the Northern entrances to Crater Lake are closed. Crater Lake was only 37miles away and took us about 40mins. We did have options to stay at other BLM sites but didn't want to get in a pickle with our big rig with snowfall on the ground. This was a perfect choice.
Staying at Casino parking had us worried that it'd noisy and unsafe but reading some of the prior reviews we were reassured that it would be ok.
When we arrived there was a clear marker of where the RV parking lot was. The designated parking for RV's was far enough from the Semi trucker traffic coming in through for gas and propane fill up the the noise was not bothersome. Easy access into our spot. The lot was practically empty, it wasn't until later in the evening that we had some new RV friends for neighbors.
We checked in with the staff at the Casino and they were VERY friendly. We asked if we could stay 2 nights...they replied with "stay as long as you like."
We chose a spot right next to the Pet area and it was perfect. We had a patch of grass in front of our door and our dog had great access to the enclosed pet area. The pet area was clean, fenced and they offered doggie bags.
The RV Parking lot area was very secure and felt very safe. The presence of Security guards driving around was reassuring. Parking lot was level and because it wasn't so busy we didn't feel it being tight and crowded.
If you can tolerate the Casino they had a great Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich as a lunch special for only $6.99 and it was very good. They also had a full bar in the Peak Peak Restaurant. The Casino played some cool 80's music in and outside the Casino. We enjoyed listening to the tunes that echoed in the parking lot. It wasn't too loud but depending on where you were parked you could hear it. We could hear Hwy noise being so close to the road but it wasn't too bad. It didn't keep us from sleeping.
Safe / Friendly staff / Free WiFi / Dog Area / Good Location & FREE

After two other attempts at finding free camping in the area- Annie Creek sno-park (no cell) & Umpqua NF (gated/too narrow)- we fell back on this as a last resort. We wanted to see Crater Lake, so we stayed here 2 awful nights. The road noise is unbearable. We were parked maybe 50 yards from an 18-wheeler heavy travel route and the traffic was constant overnight.
The parking lot is small and the designated RV spots are very tight (no slides). Since there were no RV spots left, we parked a little further back in what appeared to be overflow, plus we could deploy our slide-out.
There is a travel center in the parking lot to the casino for any supply needs. We had 3 bars Verizon LTE and stayed September 2018.
Not to busy... easy in and out for gas, propane and parking. Staff very friendly.
For a parking lot it was good.
I had planned to camp at Annie Creek Sno-Park to visit Crater Lake, but there was no cell signal there - not even voice - so I went here instead. It was one of the best casino parking lots I have stayed in. Security told me I could stay as long as I wanted, so I stayed 6 nights.
Although there were 10 or more RVs there most nights, there was plenty of space, so it was never crowded. I was lucky to get the end space in front of the Sleep Inn, so I had a nice gravel area to sit in outside, and solar power for much of the day. The highway was noisy during the day, but not intrusive at night, and the trains were audible as just a dull rumble.
The gas station had cheap gas and propane, self-service pumps (I guess Oregon's prohibition does not apply to tribal stations), a laundromat with $1.50 wash and $1.50 dry, and a nice trucker lounge with deep recliners to sit in while doing the laundry. The water spigot was padlocked, and they told me that campers cannot have water. The potable water spigot at Collier State Park dump station was also locked, so I had to buy water from the Glacier machine outside Albertsons in Klamath Falls, at a rip-off price of 40 cents/gallon. I dumped for free at Collier State Park. There is also a free dump at Moore Park in Klamath Falls.
Verizon 4G was excellent, with 4 bars, -103 dB, 20 Mbps down and 15 up.
This was a very easy overnight parking spot. Right on 97 by a nice travel center. We actually stayed 4 nights so we could see Crater Lake, Rogue River hiking, and really enjoyed Badger Run wildlife Rehab in Keno. We showered at Collier Memorial State Park about 8 miles north for $2.00. There is quite a bit of road noise due to it being by the truck stop, but we just used our small fan and sound machine, and slept like a baby.
