“the kind of place where regulars return again and again”
Established in 1952, The motel has been a Southern Oregon cultural icon and satisfying dining experience since. Started by Melita in 1952 now run by a man who lives in the house next to where she lived when she owned it. Generations have come here. People fly in to the small airport across the street when they get a chance. (We call it "hundred dollar pie".) It is the kind of place where regulars return again and again. We are on the way to glorious Crater Lake so in the summer we have travelers from all over the world stop by.
