The man that runs the whole thing was very accommodating and showed us where everything was. It was a massive campground and we did not see anyone else! We loved the privacy and the view of the water in the morning. Heated bathrooms with showers! You want to stay here!!

This is a county-run campground on Bear Creek. The roads leading to the campground are narrow, but that's not the campground's fault. We had a great view from our site and took our dogs on a few walks. We had FHU with a senior discount ($18). Mr. Curtis, the park manager, is very helpful. There are laundry facilities and a bath house onsite. There is a boat launch and a fishing pier. Sunsets were spectacular!
